Professional Journey: Since 2001, Jennifer Coco has been at the forefront of the affordable housing sector, beginning her journey at The Shelter Group, with Parkview Senior Living. Over the years, she has honed her expertise, working with organizations such as the National Center for Housing Management, DHCD of Maryland and Pennsylvania, and The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Maryland Chapter 16 to address the unique challenges of providing safe and affordable housing to those in need.
