Bay Senior Management Services, LLC is a property and apartment management firm established in 2016 to provide experienced management staff for virtually any type of community, including affordable housing, non-profit, senior housing and low income properties.

While young, we have over 25 years of experience covering a broad range of federal, state and local housing programs. These include Section 8, Section 236, Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), and HOME, along with many others. We work closely with HUD, state housing finance agencies, and county and local governments as part of the services we provide. Our senior management personnel have such designations as CPM – Certified Property Managers, affiliated with IREM (institute of Real Estate Management) and certifications through NAHMA – (National Affording Housing Management Association).

Bay Senior Management Services
We work with the non-profit community to assist in their mission and help sustain their communities. We also have a great deal of experience working with projects that include special needs components, as well as social service models.
We have trained property management teams that deal with increasingly complicated federally assisted housing programs and U.S. Housing & Urban Development (HUD) mandated programs. And our certified occupancy specialists have completed extensive training and testing in administering and managing various types of subsidized programs.
