Joan Campbell is the Vice President of Operations at Bay Senior Management Services.  Joan, along with her colleague Garland McPherson, created Bay Senior Management Services in 2016 to bring property owners a different perspective on how to run properties more efficiently and provide positive results.

Joan’s responsibilities include overseeing the property and guiding management and staff on site.  She reviews financials including budgets and works closely with accounting teams to ensure reports are delivered to the owners in a timely manner.

Joan has been working in the property management industry for over 32 years after earning a degree in the hospitality field and receiving her CPM through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 1989.   She has worked for 3^rd party management and owner managed properties, overseeing over 1000 units in her portfolio.  Joan’s certifications include Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) and Housing Credit Certification Professional (HCCP).

Joan is looking forward to growing Bay Senior Management Services and providing excellent service to her clients.
